Life isn’t always fair and unfortunately, not everyone gets what they deserve. For every die-hard sneaker fanatic, there’s at least ten re-sellers just waiting to exploit the market. Whilst you’re sweating it out with frozen checkout pages, they’ll be utilising the latest bot technology which bypasses straight to payment.

It’s not always that simple and as we know, the sneaker game probably wouldn’t be what it is without the hype. Part of that comes from the controversial stigma surrounding re-sellers.

Regardless, we need someone to blame for those frustratingly difficult releases. Here’s 5 sneakers launching this week that won’t be an easy cop!

END x ASICS GEL-Lyte III Wasabi Grey

Releasing 11pm, Tuesday 13th March

The hottest ASICS collaboration for some time has already been raffled off via END. Launches, but we all know that’s a myth! If you didn’t manage to get lucky, a wider release is happening across selected European stockists as well as UK retailers such as Footpatrol. Sizes are expected to sellout and although resell prices won’t be crazy, it’s still annoying having to pay anything over £150.

Pharrell x adidas Hu NMD Holi Collection

Releasing 11pm, Thursday 15th March

If you thought the ‘Blank Canvas‘ was difficult to secure wait until this colourful trio arrives. Admittedly, some raffles are already live which is way less stressful than attempting to cop via the online retailers. That said, we’ll be posting links to any and all stockists via @thesolesupplier.

Hender Scheme x adidas NMD R1 OG Black

Releasing 8am, Friday 16th March

You’d think the eye-watering price tag for this Hender Scheme exclusive would deter re-sellers but these are expected to sellout. And as with any shoe that’s quick to fly off the shelves, you just know some sneakerheads will be happy to pay stupid prices. To be fair, this could be the most refined Nomad ever released!

Yeezy Powerphase Black

Releasing 9am, Saturday 17th March

According to The Yeezy Mafia, stock quantities for the third Calabasas release will be even larger than the grey style. Given that restocks were easy to come by for that previous launch, don’t be too salty if you don’t cop this weekend. Stay glued to @thesolerestocks and you’ll no doubt manage to get lucky in the weeks following.

atmos x Nike Air Max ‘Animal Pack 2.0’

Releasing 8am, Saturday 17th March

This week of mayhem is finished off with a fierce Air Max Day Pack courtesy of Japanese based atmos. Sure, it won’t be quite as popular as last year’s ‘Elephant’ Air Max 1 but resell should still creep over £250. Stay tuned for more raffle info for both the Air Max 1 and Air Max 95.
