Berlin is a city full of creativity and originality, and to celebrate this, adidas Originals has teamed up with the German capital’s public transport system, the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), for a very special collaborative EQT Support 93/17.
The pattern of the BVG seat covers adorns the TPU cage of the 93/17, creating an extremely unique aesthetic. To add to this, a BVG annual ticket is tastefully incorporated into the tongue of the limited edition model. Something extremely cool about this feature is that you can actually use this as a ticket, which is valid on all BVG means of transport from January 16th up to and including December 31st 2018!
Till Jagla, Senior Director at adidas Originals, said, “Berlin has a special significance for us. The city and its people have strongly influenced our brand. We would like to thank the passionate EQT fans for their loyalty and passion with this project. BVG loves Berlin and connects people to each other, which was the perfect starting point for this limited edition EQT 93/17.”
If you’re planning to cop the BVG x adidas Originals EQT Support 93/17, the sneaker, which is limited to just 500 pairs, will be available from January 16th exclusively at Overkill. What do you think of this collaboration? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below!
