The adidas Yeezy Calabasas Powerphase was one of the most low key sneakers of last year. The retro feel and very simple styling made it accessible to both sneakerheads and fashionistas alike, which helped grow the love for Kanye West's most affordable sneaker. Now, the Three Stripes has unveiled three brand new colours for the Powerphase's more affordable counterpart, the Continental 80, and we think we're in love.
Surfacing in 'Aero Blue', 'Clear Pink', and 'Semi Frozen Yellow', all three colourways feature a soft leather upper construction with a 'Scarlet/Collegiate Navy' stripe combo running down the side panels, as well as related branding found on the eyestay, tongue and heel counter. Perforations seen hitting the vamp and sides add decorative contrast, while the emblem-embossed split cupsole unit sitting below ties the look together.
Slated to release on August 30th, let us know which adidas Originals Continental 80 colourway you'll be copping down in the comments section below. In related news, these are the three Yeezy 500s rumoured to launch next!
