Back in August, Converse celebrated its one hundred year milestone by enlisting the help of streetwear giant Stüssy to reimagine one of its classic staples. Fast forward three months, and the footwear brand is continuing its year long celebrations, this time with the release of a pair of Chuck Taylor Hi’s sporting a modified heart shaped logo patch.
Releasing in two distinct colourways, one being a classic blue and the other being an off white, both feature the heart shaped leather patch which is embellished with Converse’s signature All Star motif. Visible stitching is present throughout the silo, and a subtle accent of red can be seen surrounding the rubber midsole.
Those looking to cop these celebratory Converse models can pick them up sometime in December from Converse and select stockists. Keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more updates as they develop! In related news, Converse and COMME des GARÇONS have teamed up for a pair of monochromatic masterpieces.
Of course, this isn’t the first time the duo have teamed up. Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few years, you’ve probably seen their iconic Chuck Taylors bearing their signature heart logo from the PLAY line. However, this time, the Chuck Taylor is taking a step towards an edgier direction. Click here for the latest details!
