More Details Of The adidas Yeezy 500 ‘Blush’ Have Emerged

Taking the dad shoe trend to a whole other level, the adidas Yeezy 500, previously known as the Desert Rat, is an entirely new genre of sneaker, and today, the one and only Yeezy Mafia have taken to Twitter to reveal a few more details on the chunky shoe.

“The YEEZY 500 features an upper composed of cow suede, premium leather and mesh with nubuck accents. A rubber wrap along the midsole of the foot provides support and abrasion resistance with reflective details around the lace eyelets that add visibility in low-light conditions.” writes the Mafia. “adiPRENE+ Cushioning provides cushioning to absorb impact and optimize rebound while a rubber outsole provides superior traction.”

If you watched the unboxing video that we posted about yesterday, you might have noticed that the words “non-marking” are visible on the outsole. Yeezy Mafia have explained this, saying, “Non marking shoes are usually used in indoor games such as basketball. They dont leave any mark of it’s sole behind hence the name non marking shoes. Some of this shoes are made of soft rubber type material so as to offer maximum friction between the indoor surface.”

When asked about sizing, YM states that the Yeezy 500 are “Same as V2”. Be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier as well as Yeezy Mafia for more news on the adidas Yeezy 500 as it develops! Got some great news? Email us directly to newsbox@thesolesupplier.co.uk for your chance to be featured.
