Supreme x Nike Air Max 97

Last year, Nike brought back the legendary Air Max 97 on it’s 20th anniversary, and with this revival, came a bunch of ultra high heat collabs from the likes of Skepta and Virgil Abloh. Now, it looks like the Swoosh is teaming up with Supreme for a collaborative Air Max 97, and boy, is it clean.

Aptly dubbed ‘Butterfly‘, this sneaker comes in an ultra clean white shade, with orange accents featuring on the tongue, side panels, and midsole for a contrasted aesthetic. Down below, a bold green Air unit is present atop a rubber outsole for additional comfort and a smoother stride, and Supreme’s signature ‘Butterfly’ motif, that was first seen in their Spring/Summer 2016 collection, is present around the upper.

Crafted from a combination of leather and nylon, the Supreme x Nike Air Max 97 ‘Butterfly’ is built to last. Slated to drop sometime in August 2018, the shoe will be available in-store at Supreme’s locations in New York, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, London, Paris, and Japan, as well as certain stockists.
