Did you know that 11 recycled plastic bottles are used for each pair of the adidas Ultra Boost Parley?! And this isn’t any old plastic, this is rubbish recovered from some of the worst polluted beaches in the world.

Once again, Environmental Group Parley joins adidas to shine light on an intensifying threat to our eco-system.

With some reports suggesting that the larger part of the ocean will be extinct, and coral reefs decimated over the next 20 years, the time to take action is now. And that’s just one more reason to cop this wavy Ultra Boost which hits UK retailers this week.

Just like several of the other Parley x adidas collaborations, this pair features that unique green patterning to the heel. Although the upper is largely crafted with recycled plastic, the shoe retains that ultra comfortable feel common with Primeknit releases.

This particular style is even more appealing with Clima ventilation stamped throughout. To complete the look, those tropical hits of green are woven across the toe box as a subtle contrast to the white colourway.

The adidas Ultra Boost Clima Parley is scheduled to release across European stockists at 11pm, Thursday 7th June. adidas UK and other UK retailers will launch the following morning.
