How would you describe your personal style?
I would describe my style as feminine and sporty, classic with a twist, whether it’s a pop of colour, print, texture, or shape. I pay attention to fit and feel because being comfortable is really important to me. That’s probably why I’m drawn to sneakers. Sneakers can make any outfit feel more approachable, or they can be the highlight of your outfit. There’s an understated confidence that exudes from a woman who styles her outfit with a great sneaker.

What are your sneaker style essentials?
My sneaker staples are classic styles like Vans Old-Skool, Nike Air Force 1, Nike Cortez, Adidas Superstars, Reebok Classics – in black and white. I also like mixing it up with bold colours and styles; my current favourites are a pair of neon Nike TN Air Max Plus SE sneakers.

Which fashion trends are you loving at the moment?
I’m enjoying the ’90s revival that’s been happening in fashion; I relate to it because I grew up during the ’90s, and I love seeing what was once nostalgic become new and relevant again. Regardless of any trend, I believe in wearing clothes (and shoes) that fit you well and make you feel good.

Have you got anything exciting planned for 2018?
I’m currently working on launching a women’s brand, which is exciting and nerve-wracking, but mostly exciting! I’m still very much in the creation phase right now, and can’t wait to share more details. Most recently, I was the Brand Director at Harry’s, a men’s grooming brand. Prior to that I worked with numerous beauty, wellness, and fashion brands as a consultant and at an agency.
