A stylish, streetwear guide to the new Nike M2K Tekno.
The M2K's are complemented by the outfits that are made up from a mixture of street and smart fashion. Combining long blazers with loose tracksuits and shirts with long sport socks, NAKED have created a high fashion appearance through the merge of alternating styles.
The photoshoot is beautifully constructed with the hues of all assets working in harmony with each other. The neon detailing on the heel section of the Phantom/Oil Grey and Black/Phantom/Volt has been highlighted in this energised shoot by the use of mini orange trees, crates, tennis balls and neon colour blocks.
Making an impact, NAKED have used tiny 90's style sunglasses and vibrant corresponding eyeshadow to coordinate with the sneaker's details, bringing each image together.
The dad trainer trend shines through in these sneakers, with the silhouette giving a nod toward the Nike Air Monarch IV. The M2K's, however, boast a slightly extended sole compared to the Monarch and have been designed with a more reinforced upper, with much more detailing to the leather.
Double the amount of 'Swoosh' adorns the side of these sneakers, with a smaller logo a little further back from the main branding. These Nike's are all about the detail and they are certainly here to stand out. The diagonal detailing on the heel section of the sole is almost parallel to the second Swoosh, creating a sense of continuity throughout the shoe.
The use of the beige trenches, bucket hats, and straight trousers show a real edgy look. This style works perfectly, expressing sense of style and showing alternative outfit options for the M2K's in a very cool way.
The futuristic yet contemporary construction combined with clean edges and bursts of colour make these Nike trainers a very desirable purchase of 2018. These sneakers will be releasing in all three colour ways on Saturday 28th April, check out the release information for each colour way here: Phantom/Oil Grey, Pink Foam/Black and Black/Phantom/Volt.
