Nike Air Force 1 ‘Earth Day’

To help raise awareness of Earth Day, Nike have come together with artist Steve Harrington to create the Nike Earth Day Pack

Launching the Nike Air Force 1 ‘Earth Day’, Nike Cortez ‘Earth Day’ and Nike Blazer Low ‘Earth Day’, these white sneakers have been created from a Flyleather material. This 50% leather-fibre material is both lighter and more durable than traditional hide. Alongside this, it is far more environmentally friendly.

What sets these sneakers apart is the artwork by Steve Harrington. Creating graphics of the Earth being hugged, carried, or “warming” due to exercise. This symbolic resemblance of global warming is both endearing and worrying simultaneously.

Smaller details include hits of teal and aqua as well palm trees and branding in Harrington’s signature style. Launching closer to April 22, the Nike ‘Earth Day’ Pack is must cop.
