Nikes Air VaporMax is arguably one of the best sneaker silhouettes to drop this year. Taking the world completely by storm, the full length Air unit is unlike anything else currently on the market. And now, after literally just unveiling the Air VaporMax Strap, the Air VaporMax CS, and the latest Air VaporMax Chukka Slip, the Oregon based company is seems to be adding a brand new silo to its repertoire, in the form of the Air VaporMax Mid.
First seen last month, the Air VaporMax Mid boasts a newly beefed up outdoors design with a reinforced lacing system, support straps on the midfoot, bungee laces, as well as a padded heel for added comfort. Unlike the variation we saw back in October, this Mid is dressed in a classic dark blue shade, with accents of red and a speckled white midsole. The added midsole provides another layer of comfort on top of the already cushioned design.
If youre wondering who the Mid is made for, its designed for those who need an outdoor sneaker without compromising on comfort and aesthetics, and by the looks of it, theres huge potential in terms of fashion collaborations as well (were looking at you, ACRONYM).
Nike still hasnt announced an official release date or price point for the Air VaporMax Mid, so keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more information and let us know if youre a fan of this Air VaporMax variation! In related news, have you seen the leaked Air VaporMax Plus? Revolutionary in its design, the shoe fuses two of Nikes most iconic designs into one. Click here for the latest info!
