It's hard to believe that the first time we caught a glimpse of the Yeezy 451 was one whole year ago. Unveiled by Kanye West himself, it was like nothing that we'd ever seen before. Now, we're finally getting a closer look at the hotly anticipated Yeezy trainer, and it's everything we wished for and a whole lot more!
Leaks courtesy of sneaker insider @earlycop, the Yeezy 451 is one of the most experimental YZY sneakers since the wildly popular Yeezy 500, which took the industry by storm last year. Featuring an ultra breathable mesh upper, the first thing you'll notice about this avant-garde silhouette is the Steven Smith-designed midsole that extends towards the upper. Seen here in three colourways, including 'White Blue', 'Volt Green', and 'Fuchsia', these are made to turn heads.
Something interesting that's definitely worth noting is how they're referred to as the Yeezy Boost 451. While sneakerheads had previously assumed that it sat on top of an adiPRENE midsole, this kind of confirms that it'll utilise the adidas' iconic Boost tech instead, which is definitely a welcomed addition.
At this moment in time, pretty much nothing else is known about the Yeezy Boost 451, so be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops! Let us know which colourway you'd add to your collection, and while you're here, take a look at the full adidas sneaker range!
