We got our first good look at the WARDROBE NYC x adidas Originals Yung-1 all the way back in April, and it’s finally available to buy… but there’s a slight catch.
Painted in a super clean colourway, hits of cream are present throughout this Yung-1 for an understated yet unique aesthetic. Inspired by the adidas Falcon Dorf from the late ’90s, with a newly revamped sole, this is truly as clean as it gets.
Now, if you’re thinking of copping this chunky sneaker, you’re going to also buy nine other pieces of clothing which centre around sporty goods crafted from technical fabrics, like track suits, tank tops, leggings and a spray jacket. This means you’re going to have to fork out over £1,300 just to own them. This is insane considering the Yung-1 ‘Chalk Red’, which is by far the most popular colourway so far, costs just £100.
If £1,300 is pocket change to you, then head on over to WARDROBE.NYC’s website to make the purchase. If you’re sane and you’re thinking of copping some other adidas heat, be sure to check out the latest here!
