  • Dan Timcke

    Creative Director

As creative director at The Sole Supplier – Dan takes credit for everyone else’s great work. As an avid Air Max appreciator his personal collection is littered with swooshes.

Outside of The Sole Supplier, Dan spends his time split between producing music and drinking pints in the local. One takes up more of his time than the other but we'll leave the guess work to you.

  • Christian Davies

    Head of Content

Christian Davies joined The Sole Supplier back in its earliest days as a sneaker blog. As The Head Of Content, you'd be hard pushed to find someone who knows more about trainers. Collecting sneakers has been a passion long before today’s “hype beasts” made it cool. You only need to see his impressive rotation of footwear to know he’s devoted.

Writing for major publications in the past, his content can be found on everything from The Student Room to Wanderlust and Culture Trip. After graduating from Leeds University with a degree in Business Management, he spent time working overseas in Kenya and Qatar. During this time, he realised the corporate life meant wearing suits and brogues – not trainers! It wasn't until he joined The Sole Supplier that his passion for footwear became an obsession.

When he isn't tapping away at a laptop and keeping you up to date with the latest releases, you'll find him in the gym, or eating. He also likes to read in his downtime and obsess over the next pair of trainers that he probably doesn't need.

  • George Sullivan

    Director & Founder

George started The Sole Supplier in 2013 from a passion for trainers and a love of all things digital. With a mission to help people find the trainers they love, George set out to build the website and supporting social channels.

George is a creative thinker and is always thinking of new technical ideas to help both the users of the website and The Sole Supplier app.

He also has a passion for writing having honed his skills over 6 years of freelance work and of course, getting an A in English at school!

His favourite trainer style is the Nike Spiridon due to its large Swoosh and technical aesthetic.

In his spare time he enjoys running and likes to set his goals high, running the London Marathon and Man vs Mountain. He also likes Climbing both inside and outside.

A goal of his is to read 52 books per year but is currently struggling to hit that target
