The scientists and chemists at Nike were tasked with creating a substance that was unbelievably bouncy without sacrificing on durability. Although it took three years and hundreds of combinations before arriving with the React, this silhouette couldn’t be more impressive.
The shoe has been tested on athlete’s to ensure that it meets upon the expectations from some of the world’s best. So confident were Nike in the ability of the Epic React that they gave these testers shoes which had been worn for at least 500 miles. Once they returned from a run, they were asked how many miles they thought they had on them. Many thought they were brand-new whilst the average was around 15 miles.
