The Nike SB Zoom Bruin Pacific Blue is a clean colour-blocked rendition of one of the Swoosh’s best skateboarding silhouettes. The Nike Bruin was first introduced way back in 1972 as a low-top basketball sneaker. However, it was quickly adopted by the up and coming skateboarding scene due to the durability of the shoe. It was also famously worn by Michael J. Fox in the original Back to the Future.
When Nike SB launched in 2002, it was one of the first models that the skateboarding-specific sub-brand worked on, and it has since become a huge success. This blue colourway is crafted from supple suede and features a tonal embroidered mini Swoosh, with perforations throughout and Nike typeface branding at the heel counter.
A reinforced midsole is underfoot, also in a blue hue. Zoom technology is concealed to ensure that padding and comfort works to maximum potential for the high impact sport of skateboarding.
