Are you ready for another chance at copping the PUMA x MITA Clyde Black? This is actually a re-release of the same OG colourway that launched back in 2007. Don’t miss your chance to cop this time around as sizes will be limited again.
This shoe doesn’t hold back with a bling inspired upper and money print from heel to toe. But look closely and this isn’t your ordinary $1000 bill. Replacing the head of president is former basketball legend Walt ‘Clyde’ Frazier.
Famed for his skill and finesse on the court, Clyde was as much a celebrity away from the hoops. That timeless style is kept alive with this iconic PUMA silhouette.
The full money motif is complimented by a jewelled PUMA stripe as well as a bright orange stripe to the inner wall. This is a subtle nod to the New York Knicks, home to Frazier for almost a decade during the 90s.
To complete the look, the shoe sits on a low profile cream coloured midsole and classic PUMA insignia features throughout. Another playful collaboration from Japanese based Mita sneakers, we’re anticipating a frenzy on the day of release. Don’t sleep if you’re planning to cop.
The PUMA x MITA Clyde Black is launching on Friday 23rd December.
