History Of The Superstar

The adidas Superstar made its first appearance in 1969 and was a favourite of NBA basketball player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. As one of the first basketball shoes to be designed with an all-leather upper and rubber shell toe, this sneaker was designed to stand out.

Superstar Styling

These low-top Superstar shoe features signature three stripe branding, a lace up design and a retro Trefoil logo on the tongue. The Superstar's popularity soared in the '80s when hip hop group Run DMC wrote a song about the sneaker called "My Adidas."

Superstar Styling

If you’re searching for the perfect every day unisex sneaker, the Superstar 80s is supported with soft lining for comfort and a rubber sole for traction on the basketball court. Its minimalistic design will look sleek with any outfit.
