While continuing to make its mark on the British streetwear scene, London's own about:blank has now readied its seventh drop of the SS23 season. After embracing everything Parisian during Paris Fashion Week, co-founders Jack Henderson and Perry Davies took it upon themselves to produce a collection with the style and grace of the French capital firmly in mind.
Despite only launching during the lockdown, the label has quickly garnered itself quite an impressive fanbase both in Europe and beyond, thanks to its "contemporary minimalism" ethos and execution. Its final instalment for the season, entitled "drop:seven," looks to build on the brand's previous summer efforts, delivering yet more distinctive garments ready for the city and beyond.
After its Knitted Shirt proved to be a hit in prior collections, about:blank has doubled down on its woven efforts with both the Knitted Tank and Knitted Shorts. Like the shirt, both the shorts and tank top sport a diamond-like woven pattern, maximising texture and aesthetic. On the subject of texture, the Cropped Anglais Jacket also arrives with a distinguished approach to its outer shell, providing nothing short of an elevated finish.
With a vast number of styles available in this upcoming drop, about:blank members can receive early access to the collection on the 27th of July at 4pm GMT via an email sign-up on the brand's website. General release will then follow on Friday, 28th July, at 11am BST. In other fashion news, Stüssy x Sean Paul get busy with an honorary T-Shirt collab.
