Generally Speaking, Stüssy runs pretty true to size with the majority of their product such as their T-Shirts taking a classic relaxed fit. Stüssy's sizing usually runs from XS to XXL for uppers and 28-38 on pants and trousers. As always, we'd recommend taking your measurements if you don't know them and comparing them to the size charts available. If you're a wider build, you might want to size up to achieve the same look, just be wary of the addition length.
