In celebration of its 15th birthday, Taiwanese retailer INVINCIBLE has embarked on a journey of renewal. After releasing its time travel-inspired collaboration with The North Face last year, the brand has now set its sights on none other than Carhartt WIP, now delivering the “Advanced Exploration” collection.
"Advanced Exploration" sees INVINCIBLE reimagine some of the workwear brand's most revered silhouettes, offering a new and refreshing take on the classics. To succeed, the brand has tapped Japanese designer Shinsuke Nakada - a man famed for his extensive knowledge of Americana styles and Carhartt's archives. The result is a concise collection of goods, each readied for practicality and outdoor exploration.
Included within the selection, we see iconic Carhartt styles such as the Chore Coat and the Double Knee Pant. The Chore Coat arrives with the same upgraded pocketing on the front and the rear, famously found on its Detroit Jacket counterpart. It has then been fitted with a concealed hood underneath its corduroy collar. The Double Knee Pant has had its relaxed silhouette exemplified, delivering an almost rotund body with enlarged pockets. Finally, the collection is rounded out with wardrobe essentials, including hoodies, tees and more. For those looking to get their hands on the INVINCIBLE x Carhartt WIP "Advanced Exploration" collection, it will release on March 4th via both brands' webstores. In other fashion news, Doyenne Skateboards x Nike SB link up for a distinctive unisex apparel range.
