With Arsenal’s win last week and the World Cup just around the corner, football is front of mind for brands and supporters alike, so it tracks that Nike has just unveiled the next generation of its football boot franchise, the Nike Mercurial: the pink Nike Mercurial Vapor 17 and Nike Mercurial Superfly 11.
Per the brand, the vapor is the lightest Mercurial ever created, pairing a minimalist Atomknit upper with an ultra-thin FlyLite plate and rounded chevron studs built for instant acceleration and stop-start traction.

Meanwhile, the Superfly is constructed around a Nike Air Zoom unit under the forefoot, and engineered for sustained top-end speed in open space. The boot also marks the return of the Mercurial’s low-cut collar for the first time since 2014. Both cleats come in variations for firm ground, soft ground, and artificial grass.
Nike athletes, including Kylian Mbappé, Cristiano Ronaldo, Vini Jr., Sam Kerr, and Salma Paralluelo, are slated to wear the new boots.
The new styles release June 1st via Nike.com and select digital retailers, before a wider global launch on June 4th.
