When you take it back to the early 2000s and 2010s, few brands had the worldwide skate scene in a chokehold as much as Spitfire. Recognised by its Flaming Head logo, Spitfire has been producing both skateboarding wheels and apparel since 1987, and now it's once again joining forces with London streetwear imprint Palace for another distinctive collab
Long term fans of both brands might remember when the duo collaborated back in 2020, but now the pair have returned with a revised take on things. The collaborative "P" and Flaming Head logo has been revived, gracing each piece throughout the collection. Included in the mix, we see T-Shirts, polos, knitted sweats, mesh shorts and caps. Tees and caps arrive with a "Live to Bun" imprint, giving a devil's lettuce spin on Spitfire's "Live to Burn" slogan.
Elsewhere, polo shirts arrive with contrasting vertical stripes, each standing out against a colourful-hued backprint. To finalise the collection, coin holders and F4 skateboard wheels are also featured. The full Palace x Spitfire collection will launch both in-store and online from this Friday, the 26th of May. In other fashion news, Stüssy x Our Legacy tease the next part of their collaborative story.
