Somewhat selective in its collaborative partners, Amsterdam's own Patta isn't one to shy away from the idea of telling a story that hits close to home. After teaming up with Converse earlier in March, the streetwear imprint is now looking to deliver its next link-up in the form of a collaboration with Best Company.
For those unaware of Best Company, it's an Italian label known for its role in transforming sportswear into a status symbol across Italy and beyond during the 1980s. Championing the Paninaro subculture, or "today's hypebeasts," according to Patta, Best Company symbolised a lifestyle personalised completely by a particular style.
The collaboration itself sees an array of bold and embroidered looks take form across tees, hoodies and sweats, each flaunting an unapologetic amount of style. The hoodie features an intricate Surinamese songbird design set against a tropic backdrop. Its sweatshirt counterpart sees a panther stalking in the jungle. And finally, the T-Shirt flaunts a floral print made up of Tulips, Zucchini Flowers and Faya Lobi plants, representing the origins of both brands.
For those looking to get their hands on the Patta x Best Company apparel collaboration, it is currently available for purchase at Patta's website and retail locations. In other fashion news, UVU continues its takeover of the fitness side of streetwear with its tenth launch.
