sacai Debuts New Nike and Carhartt WIP Collaborations at Paris Fashion Week

With yet another Paris Fashion Week done and dusted, few shined more than Chitose Abe's luxury fashion label sacai. Over the last five years, sacai has made quite the name for itself in the collaborative realm due to high-profile link-ups with the likes of Nike, ACRONYM and Dior, and now the Japanese label has given us a preview of what's to come.

While sacai's designs traversed the runway, keen-eyed attendees noted what could be the latest instalment of sacai x Nike's ongoing partnership. Several iterations of the Swoosh brand's Air Footscape silhouette were strategically placed throughout, with these latest versions looking somewhat dissimilar to the double-soled units we've become so accustomed to seeing. Instead, these new kicks donned colourful hues along with asymmetric lacing and chunky bodies.

Less difficult to spot was a variation of collaborative looks with workwear-turned-streetwear icon Carhartt WIP. Decorated in both black, beige and sky blue tints, these collaborative pieces sought to embrace Carhartt's heritage and roots while offering a distinctive sacai twist on things. As it stands, there is no further information surrounding these launches, but be sure to keep it locked in right here at The Sole Supplier for all the latest. In other fashion news, Dickies continues its SS23 offerings with a selection of vintage goods.
