Up Close With the adidas x Prada America's Cup

Last month, we caught a very brief glimpse of the adidas x Prada America's Cup. Taking on the Italian house's signature silhouette that's inspired by their annual yacht racing event, we're now getting up close and personal with the collaborative crep, and so far, we like what we see!

Arriving in an ultra clean "Triple White" colour palette, the Three Stripes' version of the America's Cup is the perfect blend of classic and contemporary. Retaining the model's traditional shape and structure, it's been infused with modern materials including mesh and synthetic textiles, taking it straight to the 21st century.

A simplified lacing system ties everything together, and down below, you'll find a semi-transparent midsole that looks like it could be injected with adidas Boost tech, though this has yet to be confirmed. To round it all off, "Prada Sport Linea Rossa" branding graces the heels in their signature red, and this is topped up with an adidas logo, cementing the premium partnership.
