Jumpman Jack? "Cut The Check"? Who knows. Either way, Travis Scott's latest Jordan Brand collaboration has been doing the rounds recently, and we're not sure how to take the news. With La Flame having spent a large portion of this year hyping the shoe for what we'd hope to be a 2023 release, it's looking like the Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack won't be making its way to shelves at any point soon.
A joint report from zsneakerheadz and Sneaker Files says the “Taupe Haze” rendition of the shoe will launch in around a year's time during Fall 2024. To accompany this news, the duo also released what they expect to be a detailed mock-up of the silhouette.
Atop a wavy gum outsole, this latest silhouette looks to embrace a selection of autumnal hues. The majority of the upper, including that strap lace feature, flaunts a brown shade, complete with a navy rendition of the reverse Swoosh motif. If the mock-up is accurate, this shoe doesn't exactly scream summer to us, so we'd say that fall release is pretty warranted.
With all that said, we know this isn't the only silhouette in the works for the dynamic duo. Having already seen official images of the Sharkidon, we know Travis Scott has got a few more in the bag to see us through to the end of next year.
