If you are a fan of the Dior AJ1 High, wait until you see the Dior x Jordan 1 Low Grey. Sure to be one of the hottest sneaker collaborations of the entire decade, the Low silhouette has never seen a partnership like this before, and it's about time. Unveiled at contemporary artist Daniel Arsham's "Paris 3020." exhibition, here's everything that you need to know about Kim Jones' latest Swoosh shoe.
Colour blocked to perfection, the Jordan 1 Low is painted in a white and grey palette - more specifically "Dior Grey", which is a hue used only by the Parisian fashion house. "Air Dior" branding graces the tongue and heel, where you'll also find the iconic winged basketball motif debossed. Along the lateral and medial side panels, a lacy Swoosh elegantly swoops across as an homage to the luxury brand's own B-23 shoe that is iconic in its own right.
Classic perforations are peppered across the toe box for the ultimate breathing experience, and down below is where you'll find the legendary Air midsole that offers comfort and cushioning that's truly unreal. To finish it all off, co-branded detailing is printed across the bottom of each shoe, presented through a transparent icy blue rubber outsole like an art piece in a museum.
Limited to just 4,700 pairs, alluding to the launch of Christian Dior’s New Look in 1947, the Dior x Jordan 1 Low Grey is a shoe unlike anything else out there. If you want a pair, make sure you keep it locked as we'll be keeping you up to date with more release info as it develops!
