The day has come. Molly-Mae and adidas Originals are finally dropping their anticipated collaboration, and it’s kind of different from what we were expecting. 

We thought we’d be getting two Sambas, but the long-awaited coffee order-inspired linkup actually features a Samba and a Superstar II. The Molly-Mae x adidas Samba comes in a matcha-green colourway, off-white three stripes, a traditional gum sole and a double-laced system in white and baby pink. The latte-themed Superstar has a soft cream-white and brown colourway and a double-laced construction in flat white tones. 

After a few adidas partnerships, Molly-Mae was invited to work with the adi team and take a hands-on role in shaping this collection, driving the creative direction and applying her understated aesthetic on the two classic silhouettes. And both shoes truly reflect her elevated-casual style.

“Seeing my creative vision come to life on two iconic adidas Originals silhouettes that have long been staples in my wardrobe is a true dream,” Molly-Mae said of the collaboration. “Being so closely involved in the design process and creative products that feel fun, timeless, and an authentic extension of my own personal style has been the best experience. I am so excited to see how others style them in their own way.”

The limited-edition Molly-Mae x adidas Originals Samba and Superstar II drop on Thursday 9th April at adidas.co.uk, adidas stores in London (Carnaby, White City, Battersea, Stratford) and Manchester, and select retailers including JD Sports, ASOS, and Office.
