A Detailed Look At Elon Musk's Air Jordan 1 'Tesla'

Last Friday, Elon Musk unveiled the revolutionary new Tesla Model Y. While the world was focusing on what was on stage, sneakerheads everywhere were staring at what was on the CEO's feet, and now, we're taking a detailed look!

Aptly dubbed the 'Tesla', the custom Air Jordans were created by De Marco Customs, and were reportedly commissioned by a close friend of Musk for a gift. Taking inspiration from the electric car manufacturer's vision, the AJ1 takes design cues from the latest and greatest Roadster, with Horween Leather and suede featuring throughout for an ultra premium look.

A red metallic Swoosh logo hits the lateral and medial side panels, and a complementary Tesla logo is etched into the toe box. The sneaker is then rounded off with a stealthy Air infused midsole and a bold red rubber outsole, completing the design.
