Back in October 2018, Samuel Ross rewrote the sneaker bible with the A-COLD-WALL* x Nike Zoom Vomero +5. Not only did he bring back an early '00s cult classic, he also pencilled a new chapter for the retro sneaker trend, breathing new life into the fad that was turning a tad stale. Now, almost a year later, the avant-garde designer is back with an entirely new colourway, and the hype is very real!
Dubbed 'Solarised', we actually got a very brief glimpse of this ultra unique trainer earlier this year. Painted in a brilliantly earthy colour palette, each and every shoe is hand dyed to perfection, so no two sneakers will be the same. The highly intricate upper is crafted from a wide range of premium materials, and for added flair, the London-based label has stripped the shoe of its PU coating, meaning the ageing process will be significantly quickened so the sneaker's appearance will change over time.

A dark red hue graces the sockliner and laces, and like previous ACW Vomero releases, the heel counter can be removed to reveal the classic Vomero grille. To round it all off, black patent Swoosh branding graces the lateral and medial side panels, completing the eye-catching design.
A drop date for the A-COLD-WALL* x Nike Zoom Vomero +5 'Solarised' has yet to be confirmed, so if you want a pair in your collection, be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more release info as it develops! Is this Ross' best Nike sneaker to date? Let us know what you think!
