It's been one hell of a long road, but signs of the adidas x Fear of God partnership are finally starting to come out of the woodwork. After previewing the first additions at the debut Fear of God runway show towards the end of last month, a look at the upcoming rendition of the Forum Hi and Lo silhouettes has now emerged.
Courtesy of Instagram user @woganwodeyang, we see what appears to be an official look at the two new silhouettes, each as minimalist as we had imagined the collection would be. Taking shape atop the iconic basketball staple, we see what looks to be an off-white hue decorate the majority of the sole and uppers. Black panelling arrives on both shoes around the toe box, extending to the collar on the Forum Hi. adidas' gold foil signature on the side arrives reading "Fear of God" instead of the silhouette name, reinforcing the collaborative effort and offering a tasteful dose of detailing.
With Jerry Lorenzo at the helm, most were likely expecting the collection to embrace FOG's subdued ethos, so with more silhouettes on the way, we're guessing it will be a similar story throughout. No official release date for the FOG x adidas collection is available yet, so stay locked in here at The Sole Supplier for all the latest. In other footwear news, the New Balance 990v6 "Beige/Cream" could be the shoe of the summer.
