We know what you’re thinking - With so few Yeezy products left to release, where else will I manage to get my hands on a foam-based skeleton of a sneaker? Well, we bring good news, as adidas has stepped up its own adiFOM offering to deliver a shoe that combines all the best bits from Ye’s slip-on style with one of the comfiest 3-Stripes shoes about. Having tested the formula with its adiFOM Q last year, adidas has now created the adiFOM ClimaCool, and it's set to drop very soon.
Much like the adiFOM Q, the shoe is made up of two main parts. Its inner bootie is made from a super-breathable mesh (making it a little more breathable than its predecessor), while moulded foam makes up the shoe’s exoskeleton. From here, ClimaCool branding hits the tongue tab, while the moulded outer shoe boasts a Trefoil at the heel.
Set to release in at least three colourways (including a sandy-toned version that screams Yeezy vibes), the adiFOM ClimaCool is expected to start dropping from July. If you’re looking to grab a pair then be sure to hit the purple button below to set your release reminders, as the adiFOM Q sold out multiple times on its original debut.
In related news, the adidas Stan Smith and Superstar also get the adiFOM treatment.
