Updated 09/10/23: It seems like it's been a while since we first got a glimpse at Sean Wotherspoon’s upcoming adidas Gazelle collab, but it looks like at least one of the colourways could be set to drop very soon. First up on the menu is the more colourful “Mylo” edition, which sees multicoloured embroidered uppers take over a mushroom leather base, for a more eco-friendly take on the 3-Stripes classic. Boasting pretty pastel pink, blue and orange hues, the pair signals a return to form for the Round Two founder, though IG still seems to favour the “Green” pair, which is yet to follow.
However, those who have been waiting on the drop won’t have to do so for much longer, as the “Mylo” pair is tipped for an October 13th release date, and the other colourways are expected to follow over the coming days. If these are on your radar then be sure to hit the ‘Notify me’ buttons below, and scroll for the original article and more info on the other colourways.
Original Article: Round Two founder Sean Wotherspoon is easily one of the scene’s most prolific collaborators, though some sneakerheads may argue that his legendary Nike Air Max 1/97 was a little flukey. As it stands, none of his collaborative pairs have quite lived up to the same dazzling heights, but we think that could all change with this upcoming Sean Wotherspoon x adidas Gazelle collab.

There’s no denying it: Wotherspoon’s take on the 3-Stripes terrace classic is a serious return to form. With two colourways on the way, the new pairs come constructed from woven hemp fabric and are patterned with all-over embroidery that creates a wavy-looking finish. Both also feature gum soles, an element that seems to be even more commonplace on the Gazelle since last year’s collaboration with Gucci. Finally, mushroom leather Stripes and tongues reflect the designer's sustainability-driven ethos.
Speaking of Gucci Gazelles, you might remember seeing the green pair all over your Instagram feed. And, if they were out of your budget that time round (us too), then the “Green” version of Sean Wotherspoon’s Hemp Gazelles might just be what you’re looking for. We’ve already seen these featured on a few Instagram mood board pages, so it's fair to say the hype for this pair is real. Set to arrive alongside them is a super-clean cream and baby blue pair, which plays into the same retro look that helped to revive the terrace sneaker trend in the first place.
As it stands, there’s still no release date for either colourway of the Sean Wotherspoon x adidas Gazelle Hemp, but be sure to hit the ‘Notify me’ button below to stay up to date with all the latest drop info, as we're predicting a sell-out.
Up next, Daniel Arsham is bringing back his adidas FUTURECRAFT 4D.
