adidas Originals' New NMD CS1 Has A Trick Up Its Sleeve

No matter what you say, the NMD hype train is not stopping anytime soon. After about four years of releasing different variations of the iconic Nomad, it's safe to say that the City Sock remains by in large adidas' most popular style, so when a new colourway comes out of the blue, sneakerheads pay close attention.

Unlike any CS1 before it, this colourway builds on the signature 'Core Black', but has a special trick up its sleeve. Crafted from stretchy Primeknit, a full length Boost midsole sits underfoot for additional comfort and a smoother stride. From a distance, this looks like any old City Sock, but upon further inspection, you'll actually find a timeline graphic to the heel which dates all the way back to before the 1930s, highlighting just a few of the brand's historical moments.
