Following their highly coveted Fall/Winter 2018 collection which was unveiled at the end of summer, adidas Y-3 is back with an all-new editorial for its Spring/Summer 2019 collection, and it's truly inspiring.
Created by stylist Haley Wollens and photographer Angelo Pennetta, who decided to shoot the lookbook at a shipyard in Los Angeles, the Yohji Yamamoto-guided brand aims to propel the limits of “innovation, technology and functionality,” and takes heavy inspiration from parachuting and sailing, as expressed through Yamamoto's signature billowing volumes and controlled proportions.
The collection combines the seemingly polar worlds of sport performance and high fashion tailoring to offer reversible, packable pieces designed for maximum utility, painted in adidas Y-3's signature black and white colour scheme.
Available now at Y-3 flagship stores, Y-3.com, and select retailers worldwide, let us know if you'll be copping the adidas Y-3 Spring/Summer 2019 collection down in the comments section below! In other news, these are the ten highest reselling sneakers of 2018!
