Virgil Abloh has the Midas touch, because every single thing that he touches turns into gold - in this case, 'University Gold'. First previewed earlier this week, the Off-White x Nike Dunk Low 'University Gold' is regarded by many sneakerheads as Off-White's best Swoosh collaboration since the legendary "THE TEN"; collection.

On paper, 'Midnight Navy' and 'University Gold' shouldn't work together, but the colour contrast complements each other like peaches and cream. Crafted from panels of full grain premium leather, the first thing that you'll notice about this Dunk Low is the insane lacing system that uses two pairs - a traditional flat one and a trail shoe-like rope one. Not only does this provide the ultimate lockdown fit, it introduces a touch of deconstruction without being too in your face.

Other deconstructed elements include technical verbiage on the medial side panel and quoted text printed across the laces, which is something that Abloh has been doing since the early Off-White days. Across the padded tongue, you'll find the classic "Nike"; that was originally designed by Carolyn Davidson back in 1971, and a more contemporary logo graces the heel, finalising the look.
