As Clean as They Come: Why This Georgetown Inspired Nike AF1 Needs to Be in Your Rotation
Just in case you missed it, The Air Jordan 1 "Georgetown" re-release was one of the biggest Jordan drops last year, leaving many of us disappointed that we couldn't get our hands on the legendary pair. Taking note of this, Nike has now readied its latest Air Force 1 silhouette, bearing some striking similarities to the cult classic.
Elevated details grace this latest rendition, offering a seriously superior appearance. Atop its Nike Air cushioned sole, you'll find a mix of premium leather, soft suede overlays and even a woven tongue, each working in unison to deliver a quality build and construction. The suede portions and the sole are both decorated in a "Light Smoke Grey" hue, offering a subtle contrast to the crisp "Summit White" tints found on the midsole and toe box. Finally, "Midnight Navy" decorates the Swoosh, heel tab and varsity-styled logos on the tongue.
With a nearly full-size run of this particular silhouette still available on Nike's website, you're going to want to get your hands on this model quickly before the whole sneaker scene catches wind of them!
