ASICS has reunited Spanish sneaker store 24 Kilates for a new take on the GEL-LYTE III silhouette. The sneaker is inspired by the railway route that connects Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. This theme is referenced through the colour palette, which is a nod to the luxurious train cabins on the route.
Featuring a number of premium textures, high quality suede, leather and nubuck are all used. The colourway includes green vamp and heel, with yellow and tonal light brown touches appearing across the upper. Lastly, the sneaker is finished with a woven co-branded badge on the half tongue complete with gold embroidered details.
The ASICS x 24 Kilates GEL-LYTE III is set to release at 24 Kilates on September 29th, before dropping at select retailers on October 6th.
