Bad News, the Lil Yachty x Nike Air Force 1 Might be a Friends-And-Family Exclusive

Just when you thought Lil Yachty was going to join his mate Drake in becoming the next artist to have a widely released sneaker collaboration, it would seem Lil Boat has other ideas. While many fans of both Nike and the rapper were excited at the prospect of an Air Force 1 collaboration, it's looking like this release will, in fact, be a friends and family exclusive.

Taking to Instagram, Lil Yachty shared a detailed preview of the shoes via the social media platform's new in-feed close friends post. The silhouette itself is fairly simple in its make-up, flaunting a white leather upper and navy details around the outsole and sock liner. Details arrive in the form of Lil Yachty’s Concrete Boys logo on the heel and an "It's Us" motif atop the tongue and insole.

At this point, it has not been confirmed whether or not the sneaker will be made available to the general public or whether it will be a friends and family exclusive. Needless to say, Yachty fans will be hoping this one will see a wider release, but for many, it will no doubt be a take-it-or-leave-it situation.
