The now 29-year-old rapper is no stranger to exploring both experimental music and experimental style alike. Following the recent news of the Travis Scott x Fragment x Jordan 1 Low/High arriving soon and his upcoming Cactus Jack x Dior reveal, we've decided to take a look back at some of our favourite Travis Scott outfits.

Posted to the rapper's Instagram back in May, Travis Scott dons a full blue Arc'teryx getup to combat the cold. Consisting of separate blue hues, on top Travis sports an Arc'teryx Beta LT jacket with a full GORE-TEX outer to withstand both rain and wind. The bottom half is made up of a matching pair of Arc'teryx pants for maximum protection from the elements.

Despite being highly talked about amongst fans It's not the first time the hip-hop star has been spotted in the outdoor brand. He was previously seen sporting the black Gamma MX jacket and matching pants shortly following the release of Astroworld. The picture sparked worries between loyal fans of the British Columbian brand, with one user even posting the photo to the Arc'teryx Reddit fan page entitled "Goodbye Arcteryx it was good knowing you".

Opting for a somewhat camouflaged appearance, Travis Scott chooses sandy tones on his shorts and gilet for this beach day inspired fit. Under the gilet, the rapper flexes a brown T-Shirt with a not quite visible logo, which pairs in contrast with existing sandy and neutral tones. On the feet, Travis rocks a pair of Brown Nike Waffle 2 SP's complete with a yellow Nike Swoosh for a small splash of colour. This fit is topped off with an abundance of bling including a watch, bracelet and several chains for a street-style inspired look.

Something to notice is the use of neutral colours such as brown, beige and white throughout a lot of Travis Scott's outfits.

Just when you thought the CDG x Converse hype was over, Travis Scott returned to prove doubters otherwise. Rocking the black undefined on the feet, La Flame paired this sneaker with a pair of black leather pants complete with a chain and a plain white slim fitted T-Shirt. There's a lot of simplicity in this laid-back look but which is something we don't often see from Travis Scott, but despite this we're willing to bet the photo probably sent CDG x Converse sale back through the roof.

Travis Scott combines vintage vibes and contemporary style effortlessly with this tonal look. The T-Shirt is a classic Foo Fighter's band tee complete with a bowling ball and pin print. The T-Shirt likely came from the band's early days in the late 90s and comes complete with that faded print we can all expect from a classic band tee. La Flame combines this with his own Travis Scott Cacti Canvas hat, Travis Scott Cacti Work Pants and his Jordan 6 "British Khaki" collab. The result is a streetwear-inspired fit which we see a lot in Travis Scott's outfits, consisting of a variety of earthy tones and hues that looks ideal for warm-weather and summertime.

Seen here relaxing against his custom Lamborghini Aventador, Travis Scott flexes an all black top and lower alongside his signature Nike Air Jordan 6 "Cactus Jack". The simple ARRNGMNT long sleeve T-Shirt is adorned with logos on both the right sleeve and the lower-left portion of the front, this has been combined with a pair of Rick Owens Creatch Cargo pants complete with their signature extended drawstring for a uniformed and stylish silhouette. One of the reasons why this all-black fit works so well is because it's possible to basically pair any colour on the feet allowing the rapper's signature Air Jordan 6 "Cactus Jack" to shine through.

A more recent addition to Travis Scott's style is adding elements of workwear. Appearing in a retro film camera inspired photo, Travis Scott dons a 90s inspired workwear fit consisting of a coach jacket, straight leg jeans and his signature Travis Scott x Nike Air Force 1 "Cactus Jack".

The beige jacket is a Pizza Boys x Dickies piece complete with a frontal zip and a collar, this works well in harmony with the Louis Vuitton Monogram Slim Jeans for a baggy and relaxed fit. To finish the fit off, La Flame tops things with a signature Astroworld merch cap. Due to its casual nature, this one screams workwear-inspired vibes and is one of the easiest look to replicate if you're trying to dress like Travis Scott.

Following in the footsteps of fellow rapper Drake, Travis Scott jumped on the Stone Island hype first around 2016 as the brand gradually became adopted by fans of streetwear. In this picture, Travis dons a full yellow Stone Island ensemble consisting of a long sleeve sweater with dungarees on top. Often frowned upon by longtime fans of the brand, La Flame rocks two of the brand's signature compass badges simultaneously, but let's face it if anyone is going to get away with it it's going to be Travis Scott. To finish the fit off, a number of thickset chains are found around the rapper's neck alongside a sparkling watch on his wrist.

Due to the energetic nature of Travis Scott's performances, we'd imagine he likes to keep his fits loose for maximum movability, and that seems to be exactly what he opted for in this April 2016 show. Made up of the full Supreme x Stone Island April 2016 track top and track pants, the rapper sports an entire camo fit made up of grey, white and black tones. On his feet a pair of undefineds "Cherry" grace the rapper's feet. Due to the limited availability of these pieces, this streetwear fit was nothing short of fire during the time and even now.

Opting for more of a retro sportswear-inspired look, Travis Scott dons a full Jordan x Cactus Jack track top and track pants that wouldn't look amiss courtside at an NBA game. Sporting a deep brown hue this tracksuit features both Jordan and Travis Scott logos on the chest of the track top and the leg of the track pants. To top this fit off La Flame has opted for a pair of Travis Scott x Jordan 1 Backwards Swoosh Mocha for the ultimate tonal flex.

Who doesn't love a snow day? Judging by this picture Travis Scott seems to be a fan. Seen here donning a full multi-layered fit with a variety of different tones and colours, the rapper creates what seems to a snowboarding inspired outfit. Made up of Prada Linea Rossa sunglasses, a Maison Margiela Layered Hoodie, Brain Dead Navy Multi Runners pants and a pair of Lanvin Zig-Zag Lace-Up sneakers, this fit seemingly combines snowboarding culture with streetwear for a unique outdoor look.

If there's one thing that pairs well with skateboarding it's great style, and this Travis Scott fit is a prime example of that. Made up from a Space Village Merchandise cap, a baggy retro Hook-Ups T-Shirt, a pair of worn jeans and a pair of Travis Scott x Nike SB Dunk Low "Cactus Jack", this fit is ideal for cruising the streets. One of the standout pieces from this outfit is the Heron Preston x Carhartt Double Knee Jeans which come pre-worn for that lived-in appearance and seemingly give this fit an aged and retro look.

After teaming up with Mcdonalds in September 2020 for their first celebrity meal collab since Micheal Jordan in 1992, Travis Scott reportedly earned 20 million dollars, so it's no question why he's a big fan of the fast-food chain.

The rapper is seen here donning a Cactus Plant Flea Market McDonald’s x Cactus Jack Cardigan, a pair of Kapital Suede Patch Jeans and an extremely limited pair of Nike Dunk High Premium "Orchard Street". Travis Scott couldn't have matched this combination better if he had tried as he almost directly pairs the tones between the cardigan and the shoes with the jeans acting as a contrasting barrier. It's rumoured the Nike Dunk High Premium "Orchard Street" is limited to only 40 pairs worldwide, so even despite his status its still somewhat surprising seeing them in one of Travis Scott outfits.
