Following the release of its Fall/Winter 2021 collection a few months ago, workwear experts Carhartt are back with yet another capsule drop. This latest capsule delves deep into the brand's history and draws inspiration from technical outdoors garments and the wilderness.
The brand has teamed up with Japanese fashion photographer Genki Nishikawa for a lookbook consisting of heavy shadows and frontally-lit images. The result is a range of photos that highlight this utilitarian styled collection in all of its beauty.
Elements of hunting, climbing and orienteering have all made an appearance in this capsule with a range of functional jackets leading the range. Elsewhere, we see comfortable fleece pullovers and zip-ups, matching check overshirts and pants, sleek lightweight jackets and a range of T-Shirts and accessories.
Throughout the collection, we see a primarily drab styled colourway consisting of muted olive green, sage and primary colours such as black and grey. In addition, pops of white, light blue and lime green are featured in tow.
The full collection is currently available to buy over at Carhartt's WIP web store now, so if you're an outdoor fan, don't wait around! In other news, meanswhile x Dickies extend their collaborative efforts with a capsule of functional workwear.
