While 2021 has predominantly been the year of the Dunk, how could anyone forget about the Air Jordan 1?! First launched all the way back in 1985, the AJ1 was Michael Jordan’s first ever signature sneaker with Nike and remains one of the all-time greats. A brand-new colourway of the low-top variation has just been unveiled in the form of the Air Jordan 1 Low “Paint Splatter”.
Decked out in a simple black and white colourway, the brushstroke Swoosh and paint splatter graphics are what really brings this pair to life! If you’re looking for a vibrant pair to spice up your collection in time for the spring then these just might fit the bill.
With uppers crafted from durable canvas, the AJ1’s signature panelling is present as ever, with features such as the perforated toe box, cushioned ankle support and the long tongue also making an appearance. Branding comes in the form of a brushstroke Swoosh on either side, a Jumpman on the tongues and the iconic wings logo at the heel tab.
The look is finished off with a multi-coloured paint splatter graphic that seriously injects some personality into these sneakers. This all sits on top of a full-length midsole unit that of course contains Nike Air cushioning, ensuring that these are a comfortable ride and are ideal for working into your existing rotation.
