Cheap Cigars Inspire This Summer-Ready Nike SB Dunk High

The Swoosh is no stranger when it comes to substance-inspired Dunks. With the Todd Bratrud x Nike SB Dunk High "Strawberry Cough" set to release on 4/20, they're now revisiting an old classic with this Nike SB Dunk High. The spiritual successor to 2011's "Cigar City", this clean-cut colourway is a homage to cheap cigars.

Working on a tumbled leather white base, this is overlaid by buttery smooth beige panels throughout, while a full grain tan Nike Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medials for an old school cigar box vibe.

A nylon tongue adds a dash of versatility to the design, while a tiny pull tab at the heel provides extra convenience. Down below, an off-white midsole is present for comfort and cushioning, and this seems to be contrasted by a navy blue stitch that runs vertically across, referencing retro icons such as the Marlboro man.
