Chris Brown Gets An Air Jordan 3 Tattooed On His Face

Chris Brown is officially the ultimate sneakerhead, because not only has he recently got a tattoo of his favourite Air Jordan 3, he got it on his face. The tattoo was done by none other than GANGA, who counts Post Malone, Odell Beckham Junior and Drake as some of his most loyal clients. Now American artist has joined in and established himself as, quite literally, a sneakerhead.

The Jordan 3 sneaker tattoo can be seen on Brown’s right cheek. It’s drawn in a side-on finish and bears a striking resemblance to the upcoming Jordan 3 Red Cement.

When speaking to Complex, GANGA said that Brown saw one of the tattoo artist’s previous designs and was keen to get one himself, “He loved it and showed me the Jordan shoe he wanted, which were his favourite Jordan shoes.” This isn’t the first time Ganga has inked Brown’s face either. The rapper has been going to Ganga for tats since 2018, and with the artist’s impressive portfolio and past clients, there’s no doubt Brown put his trust in the right man.

A growing trend, more and more A-listers and self-confessed ink addicts are jumping on the face-tattoo bandwagon. While it was previously a very “Soundcloud rapper” thing to do, face tats are finding their way onto stars from David Beckham and Zayn Malik to Amber Rose and Justin Bieber and becoming a trend in their own right.
