Believe it or not, Converse used to be a big player in the basketball shoe game. With over a century of hoops heritage, the iconic Chuck Taylor was originally made for the court when it made its debut back in 1917. Now, over one hundred years later, Converse is hoping to get back in the game with the brand new All Star Pro BB, and here's what you need to know!
Crafted from a brand new Quadfit mesh across its upper, the All Star Pro BB sits atop a full length React foam unit. Arriving in striking black and minimal white colourways, the basketball shoe was designed by Eric Avar, who also heads much of Kobe Bryant's signature footwear. Branding wise, the iconic Chuck Taylor All-Star patch hits the ankle, while a chevron logo graces the lateral quarter and outsole, completing the classic-meets-contemporary design.
Set to drop sometime next month, let us know what you think of the Converse All Star Pro BB, and whether or not you'll be adding a pair to your collection! While you're here, take a look at the full Converse sneaker range!
