When it comes to the AF1 silhouette, the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 'MoMA' is the cream of the crop. First unveiled at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City back in 2018, the shoe still resells for around £2,000 a pop, and there's really no questioning why. Now, rumours are circulating that the 'MoMA' could be getting a much wider release, and here's everything that we know so far!
A shoe that was used to celebrate the opening of the modern art museum's 'Items: Is Fashion Modern?' exhibition, the 'MoMA' features an all black makeup that's crafted from smooth premium leather. A shimmering silver Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial side panels, and zip tags and technical verbiage also make an appearance - a nod to Virgil Abloh's signature deconstructed aesthetic.
According to industry insiders, the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 'MoMA' could be getting a wider release very soon. Set to drop in the same way as the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 'MCA', be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops! At this moment in time, it's unclear whether or not they'll come with the 'MoMA' branded socks that accompanied the original release, so let's keep our fingers crossed!
