Tom Sachs’ Mars Yard is the stuff of sneaker legend, so rumours that a new version could be on the way should be music to any sneaker fan’s ears. However, over the past few months, it's been reported that the environment at the artist’s studio is problematic, to say the least, leaving Nike to decide whether it would carry on the partnership.
Earlier this week, rumours suggested the duo was working on the follow-up sneaker. However, according to reports, the release will not be going ahead. Nike shared the news that it was not working with Sachs "at this time" and that there were "no release dates" planned for the Mars Yard 3.0.
