Detailed Images of the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Rebellionaire" Surface

While we managed to take a peek at the recently leaked Air Jordan 1 High OG “Rebellionaire” earlier on this month, back then all that was circulating were mock-up images, which can’t always be taken for gospel. Thankfully, there’s now some legit images of the actual sneakers doing the rounds and it’s safe to say that they’re shaping up to be quite the pair!

Inspired by the original Air Jordan 1 TV commercial, the sneakers are decked out in a black and grey colourway that’s incredibly reminiscent of the OG “Shadow” pair. However the Rebellionaires have a lot more to show off, including an all over print that reads “They Can’t Stop You From Wearing Them”, quoted from the ad referencing how the AJ1s were banned by the NBA.

They look set to be crafted from premium leather across the uppers and follow classic AJ1 panelling design. Swoosh logos are placed conveniently at both the lateral and medial sides in traditional fashion, while the wings logo makes an appearance at the collar. Red “X” motifs are placed onto the heels which once again references how the sneakers were banned. This all sits on top of a white midsole that conceals plenty of cushioning, while a grey outsole rounds off the look.

If you’re eyeing up this brand-new Jordan release already, then unfortunately you’re gonna have to be patient if you’re looking at picking these up.
