Dior x sacai Join Forces for Their First Collaborative Collection

Described as a "creative conversation between two designers, two heritages and two cultures", Dior x sacai have joined forces for a large project consisting of 57 pieces. Combining Dior's signature approach and style with sacai's technical detailing, this collaboration features an extensive range of finely crafted garments and accessories.

Speaking to WWD, sacai's Chitose Abe notes "Dior is a very respected heritage brand which I’ve admired ever since I decided to become a designer, so it's a huge honour."

The collaboration itself is majoritively made up of a variety of black and white silhouettes adorned with subtle collaborative logos, embroidered floral design and Japanese workwear-inspired detailing. Additionally, quality Japanese selvedge denim has been featured in select pieces.

To complement the abundance of clothing, a variety of practical key accessories including saddlebags, rucksacks, headwear as well as Dior Snow and Explorer boots are all featured to further enhance the selection.

Being the first time that old friends Kim Jones and Chitose Abe have worked together, we're positive this collab will live up to expectations, the only downside is it's not set to arrive until November of this year!
